1. Digital Products (E-Guides, Study Resources, Templates, and Downloadable Content)
Non-Refundable: All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
Why? As digital products are instantly accessible, they cannot be returned or revoked once downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased file, please contact us at dieteticminds@outlook.com and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
2. 1:1 Bookings (Consultations & Tutoring Sessions)
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment using your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your session, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
3. Proofreading Services
Non-Refundable: Once a proofreading service has been provided and feedback has been issued, it is non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
